Earlier this month the Department of State (DOS) opened registration for the 2019 Diversity Immigrant Visa Waiver Program (DV Lottery). But due to technical issues, DOS announced a revision to the program and a new registration period. The new registration period began on October 18, 2017, and ends on November 22, 2017, at 12:00 pm (noon) EST. Any entries submitted online during the previous registration period from October 3, 2017 through October 10, 2017 are invalid and must be resubmitted. So if you registered previously, you must register again during this new registration period to be included in the 2019 DV Lottery.
