November H-1B Alert!
The H-1B numbers are running out. As of November 1, 2011, USCIS updated its count of FY2012 cap-subject H-1B petitions and based on that information, we foresee that all H-1B numbers will likely be used up in the next two or three weeks. Employers are urged to apply now.
U.S. businesses use the H-1B visa to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise in specialized fields, such as science, engineering, or computer programming.
