USCIS had announced it completed the selection process and data entry for all this year’s (FY 2018) cap-subject cases. As of May 4, 2017, 60% of H-1B petitions filed by Rose Immigration Law Firm were selected in the lottery. So we beat the odds hands-down. USCIS will begin processing the selected petitions and returning those not selected. Due to the high volume, USCIS did not provide a timeframe for either, but we will continue to provide H-1B updates.
