USCIS has announced a fee increase for its premium processing service. Effective October 1, 2018, the new fee will be $1,410. Premium processing is a service that allows petitioners to request 15-day processing for certain employment-based petitions. The premium processing fee is submitted in addition to normal petition filing fees. The new fee reflects a 14.92% increase from the current processing fee of $1,225.
