The July Visa Bulletin offers some improvement for certain intending immigrants. Family 2A will be current across the board. Add to that the Final Action EB categories for China: EB-2 will advance a full 3 months to November 1, 2016, and EB-3 will advance 3 and 1/2 months to January 1, 2016. Although USCIS still is not using the EB filing dates, the advancement opens the door a bit.
