Good News! USCIS has reinstated premium processing for H-1B cases. This is effective immediately and provides great relief for employers and their foreign national employees. Employers can now upgrade pending cases to premium processing and any new H-1Bs and H-1B “transfers” can be premium processed. This also provides the government with some generous filing fees. It’s a win-win-win situation for all.
