USCIS has extended suspension of premium processing for certain cap-subject H-1B petitions until February 2019. While the suspension is in effect, H-1B petitioners may still submit requests for expedited processing if they meet the criteria. Additionally, USCIS will refund premium processing fees to petitioners who filed requests before September 18, 2018.
