We know, in the midst of this troubled world, the smallest thing can bring great amounts of joy. So we are happy to say USCIS is re-opening services on June 4th and re-introducing premium processing for selected cases as follows:
- Effective June 8th, H-1B petitions filed before June 8th that are cap-exempt or that were previously counted against the cap, as well as all other I-129 petitions filed before June 8th;
- Effective June 15th, cap-exempt H-1B petitions;
- Effective June 22, H-1B cap-subject petitions and all other I-129 petitions. This includes L, E, O, P, R, TN, and any other non-immigrant petitions using Form I-129.
