Grace Magness

Grace Magness is an Associate Attorney at Rose Immigration Law Firm. She practices employment-based immigration law, with a focus on H-1Bs for IT and other workers, PERM Labor Certification cases, EB-1 petitions for Outstanding Researchers and Professors, and other cases.

In 2025, she graduated in the top twenty of her class from Belmont University College of Law. While in law school, she served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Belmont Law Journal and as Treasurer of the Women’s Legal Society. Before law school, Grace earned bachelor’s degrees in international studies and economics from American University and graduated summa cum laude.

In her free time, Grace enjoys listening to Taylor Swift, attending concerts, and traveling.
