Lyndsey Letourneau, Rose Immigration Law Firm

Lyndsey Letourneau

Senior Associate Attorney

Lyndsey Letourneau is a Senior Associate Attorney at Rose Immigration Law Firm. Her clients have included multinational companies, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, professors, internationally recognized athletes, artists, and individuals on complex immigration matters.

She was drawn to immigration law after witnessing an immigration raid and seeing how vulnerable people can be when they do not have legal support. The experience showed her how much of a difference knowledgeable advocacy can make, and it inspired her to build a career helping individuals and families navigate a complex immigration system. Before joining Rose Immigration, she worked at another immigration law firm beginning in 2016, where her practice included employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and removal defense matters.

Lyndsey works extensively on extraordinary ability and achievement cases, including EB-1A and O-1 petitions for athletes, artists, entertainers, and other high-performing professionals. Many of her clients need help translating accomplishments that are well understood within their industry into evidence that immigration agencies can evaluate. Whether it’s competition results, media coverage, critical roles, judging experience, or industry recognition, a large part of her job is helping clients tell their story clearly and persuasively.

Lyndsey also recognizes the importance of working collaboratively with companies to accomplish the goals of each immigration case. In doing so, she understands that a successful case depends on working with multiple stakeholders, including managers, human resources teams, subject matter experts, and foreign national employees. Lyndsey educates these stakeholders on the importance of the documentation submitted and leverages this information to articulate to government agencies the importance of the foreign national employee’s work.

In 2016 she graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she also earned her certificate in Public Interest Law. She was a recipient of fellowships from the Illinois Women’s Bar Association and the Indo-American Bar Association. Before law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Manhattanville College with a major in Sociology and Anthropology.

Outside the office, Lyndsey enjoys gardening and fostering animals. Both are rewarding reminders that patience, care, and support can make a meaningful difference.
