Founded in 1990 by immigration attorney Linda Rose, our firm was built on a commitment to exceptional work product, meticulous attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, and strong client relationships. Linda believed that clients should feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of the immigration process, a philosophy that remains central to our practice today.

In 2021, Doug Russo acquired the firm after nearly a decade of practicing alongside Linda, carrying forward the values that have defined its success while expanding its reach and capabilities. In 2026, the firm entered an exciting new chapter by joining forces with a nationally known California-based immigration practice, Haight Law Group, further broadening the depth of experience and services available to clients nationwide.

Linda Rose

Founding Member of Rose Immigration and Of Counsel Attorney

Linda Rose founded Rose Immigration Law Firm in 1990 and has practiced immigration and nationality law for more than 30 years. She is licensed in Hawaii and Tennessee and admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She held an elected seat as a Director of the AILA Board of Governors for 14 years and has served multiple terms on AILA’s Department of Labor Liaison Committee. She taught Immigration Law and Policy at Vanderbilt University Law School for 17 years.

Doug Russo

Managing Attorney

Doug Russo is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Rose Immigration Law Firm. He has more than a decade of experience in immigration law, representing corporate clients across automotive, manufacturing, higher education, retail, technology, and healthcare, along with individuals in family-based and naturalization matters. Before earning his J.D. cum laude from Belmont University College of Law, Doug earned a Bachelor of Music and worked full time as a professional musician, which serves as the background behind his work with foreign national artists.

Catherine Haight

Managing Attorney, California Office

Catherine Haight is Managing Attorney at Rose Immigration Law Firm’s California office. She founded Haight Law Group, a boutique immigration firm in Los Angeles, and led it for approximately 30 years. Admitted in California and practicing immigration law since 1989, she focuses on business, entertainment, and sports immigration, with particular depth in PERM labor certification. She has written and spoken extensively on PERM, H-1B and L-1 visas, athlete visas, and the immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions.

Elizabeth Patton

Senior Counsel

Elizabeth Patton practices employment-based immigration, primarily for clients in the IT and healthcare industries. She also works with most of the firm’s religious worker clients and practices in the areas of family-based and humanitarian cases. She graduated in the top ten of her class at Belmont University College of Law. Elizabeth serves as the AILA MidSouth Chapter’s liaison to the USCIS Nashville Field Office and as Vice Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Immigration Section, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and by Best Lawyers on its Ones to Watch list.

Josh Evans

Senior Associate Attorney

Josh Evans practices primarily business immigration, but also works with families, individuals seeking naturalization, and world-class track and field athletes. He began his career focused on immigration in the arts, music, and entertainment industry. He graduated cum laude from Belmont College of Law in 2018, where he served as both Notes Editor and Articles Editor for the Law Review and competed at Emory Law’s Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition. Before law school he earned a philosophy degree cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University, with minors in physics and mathematics.

Neely Baugh-Dash

Senior Associate Attorney

Neely Baugh-Dash has practiced employment- and family-based immigration at Rose Immigration Law Firm since 2021. She helps employers find solutions for foreign national talent and helps families find ways to live together in the United States. She also handles federal litigation cases challenging unlawful agency action and unreasonable delays. The Supreme Court of Tennessee has recognized her as a Lawyer for Justice for her pro bono work, and she has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. She has volunteered with immigrant and refugee community organizations in Nashville since 2013.

Lyndsey Letourneau

Senior Associate Attorney

Lyndsey Letourneau works with multinational companies, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, professors, internationally recognized athletes, artists, and individuals on complex immigration matters. She graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2016 and earned a certificate in Public Interest Law. She received fellowships from the Illinois Women’s Bar Association and the Indo-American Bar Association. Before law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Manhattanville College in 2008.

Elizabeth Kelly

Associate Attorney

Elizabeth Kelly practices in the areas of family-based immigration and naturalization. Before joining Rose Immigration Law Firm, she spent more than eight years working for the U.S. Senate, assisting constituents across every federal agency. This immigration casework ignited her passion for helping immigrants. She graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2021, where she received the Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Service Award for assisting immigrant and refugee communities.

Grace Magness

Associate Attorney

Grace Magness practices business immigration. She joined Rose Immigration Law Firm after clerking with the firm during her second and third years of law school. She graduated in the top twenty of her class from Belmont University College of Law in 2025, where she served as Executive Articles Editor for the Belmont Law Journal and as Treasurer of the Women’s Legal Society. Before law school, she earned bachelor’s degrees in international studies and economics from American University, graduating summa cum laude.

Lorna De Bono

Senior Counsel

Lorna De Bono is a business immigration attorney with more than 25 years of experience advising U.S. and multinational employers on workforce mobility and global talent strategies. She focuses on employment-based immigration matters, including temporary work visas, PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, and I-9 compliance. Ms. De Bono partners closely with executives, HR professionals, and in-house counsel to develop practical, business-focused immigration solutions. She is an active leader within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), having served as a chapter chair, liaison committee member and chair, and frequent speaker at national immigration conferences.

Stella Cohen

Senior Associate Attorney

Stella Cohen has practiced immigration law since 2011. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including employment- and family-based cases, nonimmigrant visas, consular processing, and immigration court proceedings. Ms. Cohen also has extensive business and legal experience, having worked at a Big 4 accounting firm and in house at a public telecommunications company. She earned her J.D., cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she served as Editor of the Marquette University Law Review. Ms. Cohen is fluent in Spanish and Russian.

Emily Jordan

Senior Paralegal

Emily Jordan earned a double major in English and French at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After graduating college, she spent two years as a high school English teacher in France, sharing American culture with her students and traveling throughout Europe. She also did volunteer work in Honduras and Peru. Travel is her favorite pastime, but she also enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her dogs Penny and Huckleberry.

Victoria Castillo

Paralegal

Victoria Castillo earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has invested much of her time with the Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC), conducting translations, and participating in public rallies. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and dancing.

Valentina Garcia

Paralegal

Valentina Garcia graduated as a lawyer in Caracas at the Central University of Venezuela, where she also earned her postgraduate degree in tax law. She worked at the Tax and Customs Agency for Venezuela, and then moved on to the Venezuelan Supreme Court. After coming to the United States of America she worked in the retail business for two and a half years. Valentina enjoys working out, meditating, reading and spending time with her family.

Caleb Smith

Paralegal

Caleb Smith earned a double major in English and Spanish at Centre College in Kentucky. He also holds a Master of Arts in Literary Translation from the University of Rochester NY. Prior to joining Rose Immigration Law Firm, Caleb was the Program Administrator for HOLA Lakeway, a non-profit organization serving diverse immigrant communities. Caleb enjoys playing tennis and was a standout player in high school and college. He also enjoys reading a good book, being in nature, and attending the many cultural festivities of Nashville and surrounding areas.

Judson Rose

Paralegal

Judson Rose earned undergraduate degrees in English and Drama from Trinity University and a master’s degree in Performance Studies at NYU. Previously he worked in the theatre industry in Chicago and in healthcare administration in Boston. When time allows, Judson is also an avid movie watcher, reader, and gamer.

Erica O'Brien

Paralegal

Erica O’Brien earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Georgia Southern University. She has worked in the immigration field since 2014, gaining experience at law firms as well as experience in-house managing the immigration program for a financial company. Outside of work, she enjoys watching documentaries, doing puzzles and logic games, and spending time with her dog, Opie.

Rachael Dawson

Paralegal

Rachael Dawson earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining Rose Immigration Law Firm, Rachael spent more than eight years with Haight Law Group. An avid reader and writer, Rachael is passionate about storytelling.

Andie Sanders earned a BAB in Business Administration from Murray State University in Murray, KY. She has over 20 years of experience working in the Nashville area in the healthcare and non-profit industries, specifically in the field of marketing and event planning. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, furniture renovation and spending time with her pug Pearl.

Jef Ellis

Jeffrey Ellis is an alumnus of Middle Tennessee State University, where he majored in mass communications (with an emphasis in print journalism), and is senior contributing editor for BroadwayWorld.com, the world’s largest theatre website. Previously he was editor and publisher of Query, Tennessee’s first weekly lesbian and gay newspaper, and Stages, Tennessee’s Onstage Monthly.

Jaquelyn Zarate

Jaquelyn Zarate earned a Bachelor of Arts from Murray State University, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Legal Studies. Outside the office, Jaquelyn enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.

Omar Gutierrez provides administrative and organizational support to the firm’s legal team, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to client service, Omar plays an important role in supporting the firm’s mission. Roberta Reynolds has more than 30 years of accounting and business management experience across many industries, including production/entertainment, legal services, and others. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting clothing items, hiking and exercising at the beach, and spending time with family and friends
