Elizabeth Patton is the Senior Associate Attorney at Rose Immigration Law Firm in Nashville. She practices employment-based immigration, with an emphasis on H-1B and PERM, as well as family-based and humanitarian immigration. She graduated in the top 10 of her class from Belmont University College of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from Samford University. Elizabeth serves as the liaison to the USCIS Nashville Field Office for the MidSouth Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is the Vice Chair for the Tennessee Bar Association’s Immigration Section. She has repeatedly been recognized by the Tennessee Supreme Court as an Attorney for Justice for her pro bono work. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and recharging through time spent in nature. Whether it’s a walk around Radnor Lake or her annual hike up Mt. LeConte, she’s always ready to get outside and find a new place to explore
