Doug Russo is the Owner and Managing Member of Rose Immigration Law Firm in Nashville. Doug has more than a decade of experience in immigration law, where he has represented corporate clients across many industries, including automotive, manufacturing, higher education, retail, technology, and healthcare. He has also represented individuals in family-based and naturalization cases. Before graduating cum laude from Belmont University College of Law, he earned a Bachelor of Music degree in music technology and worked full-time as a musician for Royal Caribbean and Holland America. Because of his music background, he also has a passion for assisting foreign national musicians and artists in the entertainment industry. He is Treasurer of the MidSouth Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and has served multiple terms on the AILA Publications Committee. Outside of the firm, Doug enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, and boating.
