Associate Attorney
Lyndsey Letourneau is an immigration attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and Tennessee. She has represented businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, artists, athletes, physicians, and multinational organizations in a broad range of U.S. immigration matters since 2016.
Lyndsey focuses her practice on employment-based immigration, including O-1, EB-1, National Interest Waivers (NIW), L-1, E-2, H-1B, TN, PERM labor certification, and immigrant visa matters. She advises clients on temporary and permanent immigration strategies, workforce mobility, talent acquisition, and long-term immigration planning. Throughout her career, Lyndsey has guided corporate and individual clients, including entrepreneurs and business owners, through complex immigration processes with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions. She regularly works with accomplished professionals and organizations seeking to build, expand, or continue their work in the United States.
Lyndsey graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2016 and earned a Certificate in Public Interest Law. Prior to law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Manhattanville College. Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys gardening and fostering animals, two hobbies that reflect her appreciation for patience, care, and staying resilient despite challenges.
