Associate Attorney
Neely Baugh-Dash is an Associate Attorney at Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC in Brentwood, where she has practiced employment- and family-based immigration since 2021. In addition to helping employers with finding solutions for foreign national talent and ensuring families can find solutions to reside with their loved ones in the U.S., she also assists with federal litigation cases to challenge unlawful agency action and unreasonable delays. Neely has been recognized by the Supreme Court of Tennessee as Lawyer for Justice for her pro bono work and as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers magazine. She has volunteered with immigrant and refugee community organizations in Nashville since 2013. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and playing tennis.
